Hi, I’m Jordynn — a U.S. Air Force veteran, certified health coach, yoga teacher, and passionate advocate for mind-body healing.

After years of struggling with my own mental health, I made it my mission to not just survive, but to thrive — and help others do the same. I hold a degree in Psychology and earned my health coaching certification through MindBodyGreen, where I deepened my understanding of holistic wellness from the inside out. That journey led me to the jungles of Bali, where I immersed myself in a month-long yoga teacher training that transformed the way I move, breathe, and live.

My approach to wellness is rooted in science, lived experience, and soul. I don’t believe in quick fixes — I believe in powerful transformation that lasts.

I work with women of all ages — from young women navigating self-worth and burnout, to mothers reclaiming their strength, to women in their 50s, 60s, and beyond ready to rewrite their story and step fully into their power.

Whether I’m guiding you through a personalized workout, leading a healing yoga session, helping you reset your nutrition, or hosting a soulful retreat — my goal is always the same: to help you feel strong, aligned, confident, and fully alive in your body.
